The Fortress is an exclusive drive-thru gated community, featuring a large fully enclosed central courtyard for the private enjoyment of your motoring passion. The facility entry is controlled by coded electronic access.

climate controlled

Each ownership unit has individually controlled roof top mounted air conditioning, the roof deck has commercial rigid iso-board insulation. Partition walls are fully insulated. Dust, temperature and humidity control to help preserve your collection.

owner’s lounge

The Owner’s Lounge is a space to gather and relax. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, bar area, billiards table, lounge space and a race car simulator. Large restrooms with showers allow owners to freshen up.

Optional mezzanine

The optional upstairs mezzanine is a space for owners to add their own lounge space, additional air conditioned storage space, restrooms, or accessory items. Mezzanines are pre-engineered into the building structure and have a commercial top load of 75 pounds per square foot.

What could be more exciting than designing a space expressing your desire to make a home for your motoring passion and then creating it. Upgrade options include flooring, built in cabinets, vehicle lifts, lighting, restrooms and more.

wash bay

The controlled access motor court is over 15,000 square feet of open private space accessed electronically by secured drive-thru gates. The wash bay at the rear of the motor court is 17’ wide and accommodates vehicles up to 48 feet long.
